1. Digital Products (Templates & Downloads)
Refunds for Digital Products
Because our digital products (such as templates and design assets) are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed, we do not provide refunds for digital product purchases. This policy applies regardless of whether the product was downloaded, used, or not used after purchase.
This approach reflects the nature of digital goods: once delivered, they cannot be “returned” in a traditional sense.
Exceptions (if any)
In rare cases where a product is materially defective, does not match the description provided at purchase, or was never delivered due to a technical error, you may contact us for review. If we confirm the issue, we may — at our sole discretion — offer one of the following: -
Replacement of the defective product
Store credit
Refund

2. Client Services (Design & Custom Work)
Service Cancellations & Refunds
For bespoke services such as design, consulting, or custom development work:
Before work begins: You may cancel a project and receive a full refund of any prepayment.
After work has started: Refunds will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis depending on the amount of work completed. In most cases, refunds are not provided once substantial work has been performed.
Project deliverables: Deliverables already provided to you are considered accepted unless clearly defective or incomplete based on the originally agreed project brief.
To request a cancellation or refund related to services, please contact hello@uimile.com with your project details, purchase reference, and reason for the request.
3. General Conditions
Time Frame to Request Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Processing Time: Approved refunds typically take up to 10 business days to process and are issued via the original payment method.
No Refunds for Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided for simply changing your mind or deciding you no longer need the product or service.
Platform Sales (e.g., LemonSqueezy): If a product is sold through a third‑party platform, that platform’s rules and capabilities may affect how refunds are handled, but this policy reflects our internal refund position.
